After working at five large corporations throughout my career, I decided to establish Lighthouse Legal Advisory bringing together all of my diverse experience. I am passionate about governance and want to demystify the idea that a board or company secretary simply does administrative work.
I offer expert support for your Board across the full spectrum of services, from project work to covering when your Company/Board Secretary is on leave.
As a legally qualified professional, I also offer legal services including estate planning (Wills and Powers of Attorneys) and reviews of Retirement Village contracts.
I am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Law Institute of Victoria.
When I’m not talking governance, I will be found cooking, listening to music, drinking tea or attending the opera.
